General Conditions
- The "Terms and Conditions" from TV2029 Sistemas de Comunicação via Satélite e Cabo Lda. (after this referred to as TV2029), as well as the TV2029´s General Sales Conditions", apply to all equipment, Software and/or Services shown and/or ordered from this site or purchesed direct from one of our shops.
- In case of contradiction or conflict, these "terms and conditions" will prevail.
- The Client must carefully read the "Terms and Conditions" each time the site is accessed.
- Although TV2029 uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, TV2029 makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. TV2029 assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.
- The Site is intended for adult users only, and children under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in any commercial features of the Site.
- The present conditions are in force for all Clients an can change without notification.
Security Conditions
- The order process is protected by the 128bit secure, efficient and modern security techniques, implemented according to the specifications from Redunicre and respecting the high security standards for this area of business.
- TV2029 reserves the right, without the need for a previous warning to, alter and update the security procedures.
- The collected data is confidential and of obligatory supply, destined only to acquired product billing and for sending your order.
- Despite the security procedures mentioned above, there are internet user risks, on which, TV2029 has no control whatsoever.
- TV2029 expressly repudiates any responsibility for loss or any delay regarding data transmission via internet between client and the electronic online store from TV2029.
- TV2029´s responsibility for any losses and/or damage is limited to the value of the ordered products.
Products and Prices
- TV2029 offers, through the electronic store, a wide range of products for sale.
- The offer regarding any of the products is limited to the existing stock.
- TV2029 reserves the right to, at any given moment and without any previous notification, substitute or modify the available products, their prices and presented conditions.
- In case the client continues to access the site, it will be considered that such conditions have been accepted.
- All prices include Sales Tax (IVA) at the present legal tax.
- Prices are always presented in Euros.
Orders
- All orders from TV2029´s Webshop can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- While surfing the shop, you can add products to the shopping cart, by pressing the button "add to cart".
- When you finish selecting products, you can select the "checkout" option, for making the purchase.
- In the fields "Shipping Information", you must input the address as complete as possible, where you want your order to be delivered.
- After you have input your personal data, you will be asked for payment method, shipping preferences and purchase confirmation.
- If your order has been accepted, your order reference will be transmitted, allowing you to track down the product delivery.
- After accepted completion of your order you will receive, by e-mail, the order acceptance confirmation from TV2029.
- The only accepted orders are those which are to be delivered in the main continent of Portugal and to the autonomous Regions of Madeira and Azores.
- TV2029 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, if the delivery is considered not to be viable.
Order Canceling
- Orders can be canceled without cost up to the day of shipping, after this our return policy will apply.

Order Delivery
- The order will be delivered by carrier or by our own service cars, at the appointed Shipping address, between 9 o´clock and 19 o´clock during expedient.
- The Order will be shipped between 1 and 7 working day´s depending on type of order, Stock, delivery carrier, pick-up times etc.
- Shipping Delivery Dates will be, there were possible, confirmed to the client by E-mail or Phone.
- The order delivery will be made when the reception receipt is signed and the product is payed for, plus (if apply´s) the cost of sending the order. If the total cost is less than € 500, by anyone present at the appointed address, which will then be responsible for the order delivery to the client.
- If there is no one at the appointed address, the order will be kept at the carriers holding address and a second attempt will be made after which the ordered products will return to TV2029 and a new deliver date will be appointed. Extra costs have to be fully supported by the client.
- Deliveries should only be accepted by the client if the package is in good condition and not have been violated
- The payment must be made, at the moment the order is confirmed, through Credit card VISA/Master card, Bank Transfer, Money Order, Paypal or at one of our stores.
- Credit cards will be charged at the moment the order is ready for shipping.
Guarantee
- All the products acquired from TV2029´s Online shop are under a 2 year guarantee, unless it is stated otherwise.
- To benefit from that guarantee, the client must keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
- Before returning any product to TV2029, authorization must be obtained by phone (+351 282 410400) or Email (webshop@tv2029.com) to insure the best possible service can be given to the client.
- Costs made for returning any product to TV2029 are the responsibilities of the client, delivery of products to TV2029 without proper packaging or payment of the transport cost are not accepted.
Return Policy
- You may return Products and/or cancel unused services within 14 days after you receive your Products or are invoiced for services. Once you notify TV2029 of your intention to return Products or cancel services you will be advised of TV2029 return procedures. You must return Products within 7 days after you have received all authorization and return materials from TV2029. TV2029 will refund within 30 days maximum the original purchase price of Products and unperformed services (including related sales taxes), subject to the provisions below.
- Original shipping & handling, delivery and similar fees (including related sales taxes) are considered services already consumed and are therefore not refundable.
- You are responsible for properly packaging products to be returned and for delivering the products to tv2029.
- You are responsible for any damage to your product during return shipment.
- Returned Products must be in the same condition as you received them. A fee up to (20% of the purchase price) may be charged for any product returned without or damaged original packaging, missing parts or manuals, with signs of being used or damaged or otherwise not in like-new saleable condition. You must return all pre-loaded software with the Product to obtain a refund for the Product, and you may only return pre-loaded software if you choose to return the Product. You may return other software only if the package has not been opened.
- TV2029 will not accept for return any Products you purchased from a Reseller.
- Additional restrictions may apply on certain Products, including a reduced return period for used Products. Please contact us for more information.
